Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
•United States: 5–12 business days
•Canada: 7–12 business days
•United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
•Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or customs processing.
International Shipping

We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Veluvix is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
